Tina Cannon is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in Human Resources, business management, and entrepreneurship. With a career spanning roles as Human Resources Director, bookkeeper, payroll manager, and recruiter, Tina has successfully helped countless businesses streamline operations, manage growth, and foster strong, people-centered cultures.
An accomplished entrepreneur who has owned and operated several small businesses, Tina understands first hand the challenges that business owners face. Her commitment to service extends beyond business, as she has volunteered on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations, contributing her leadership and strategic vision to community initiatives.
Certified as a recovery coach and trainer, Tina is known for her innovative thinking, hands-on coaching, and leadership expertise. These qualities, combined with her deep understanding of business operations, inspired her to create Elite Business Collective—a platform designed to empower entrepreneurs through mentorship, collaboration, and access to critical resources.
